We had renounced the (mediocre) Isidore table, predecessor of the silver arrow, and it is with great interest that we tried again the restaurant of the Princess Flore hotel.We were conquered by the market menu, excellent for a very reasonable price. Excellent value quality, reception, professionalism. the menu at 34 € is a very nice offer, well balanced. The mouth, the mignardises nicely complete the menu. The service is cool, but effective, not at all gum. We would not be surprised that the team is soon rewarded by a star. a restaurant that wins to be known and recognized.
Excellent tasting menu at 34 euros, adorable service, delicious wine, the ris de veau à la carte) is exceptional, perfect desserts, comfortable setting: a feast, bravo to the whole team!
