"It is very rare that I leave a bad retrospect, as I try to be very fair and yet honest. but montezuma, you're on. I wish google would leave you a zero star because they deserve it. my last three travels were underwhelming. it's so ridiculously frustrating to have someone back what they order and get it wrong. I've paid $33 for a full-bum meal. 2 chimichan gas with a white sauce and lean on the side. I literally got a spoon. no white sauce or red sauce with two dry crushed bark chimichangas smothered in guacamole. the solution after I called them to give my first ever phone grip, we can do something new and they can pick it up again. I just wanted to thank them, whoever gave this meal for what seemed to be zero f 's. it's crazy, like the price of everything is skyrocke and the service at most restaurants and even other places has become much worse. this is probably my third just bad experience of a montezuma's in chambersburg."

"I have eaten here half a dozen times and I will say that there are burgers excellent . My Fave is the royal Robin Burger (I think this is the name of what it is good, I am hacked. I have noticed whether they are excessively busy, although things tend to get some and quality suffers something, not terrible, but noticeable. Unbelievable I will visit this place for a great burger, enjoy."

"WOW I ordered foods for delivery and I called after an hour of waiting and I call. A girl answers and says we have you for carry out. I said no it was delivery. She got another woman on the phone to ask me the problem. I explained to her that I ordered delivery like the 50 times before that I ordered food. She was extremely rude and not letting me talk. She talked as slow as she could telling me our food was sitting there a while and she wasn't remaking it! I said it doesn't matter I want it delivered. She continues to be rude and tells me I didn't order delivery, I said actually I did because it told me on the receipt that it's delivery before completely checking out. First of all customer service is a give and you as a business operation just say sorry for the mix up we will get your food to you asap. Horrible and then she tells me never order here again after I said refund me , who does that???"
