I love this bakery. Very good cookies, and the pizza slices aren't half bad. But truly go for the bread. If you order in advance, you can get the chestnut flour bread on saturday (delicious) they have fabulous sports breads (with the nuts etc.) and just the good ol' baguette - rockin!' Every time when I visit Chamonix I visit pain fleury for fresh croissants, pain au chocolat and other very tasty things. Always fresh and very tasty!
