Lucked into finding this place in Les Praz, just outside Chamonix. Great menu at a very reasonable price. The food itself is good, big portions and full of flavor. Driving from Chamonix to Martigny, we were attracted by the number of builder's vans in the parking lot. We got seated on the terrace - last table, and ordered a beer. The a la carte menus eventually turned up, but when we asked for the €13 menu du jour advertised on the roadside blackboard, we were told it wasn't available.
