First pho restaurant I try in chandler. Great service, both servers were attentive and would check in at the right times. My glass of water always remained full with refills. Potstickers were steaming hot and crispy. Pho was well seasoned and the beef finished cooking at the table, the veggies were fresh and crisp. The basil was not bruised at all. I ordered two banh mi over the phone and they said 10-15 minutes. I got there and from the time of my call to getting my order it was 34 minutes. They didn’t apologize. Offer anything. I’m okay waiting, just set the expectation or apologize. For the price and wait and quality, I was not impressed. The banh mi were acceptable but would not go back for that experience.
