What Fortino V doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I spent 40 minutes trying to log in to the app. It asked me repeatedly to enter the verification code that was supposed to be sent to me by text. The code never came. I called app support. After 20 minutes of failure the agent told me to wait 15-20 minutes and try again. Then the agent wouldn't hang up to let me provide feedback. I left without eating, unhappy. View all feedback.
