It 's a very authentic Chinese restaurant. I ordered Chive Box and Hot and Sour Soup that day. Both are very authentic, the leek box is full of leeks and glass noodles, and the hot and sour soup is really sour and spicy, with tender egg droplets. What Ch Chen doesn't like about Chou's Kitchen:
Worst service ever got. Forced customers to tip when we were not finished eating even before their closing time. Threw the bill to us with poker face and kept starring at us in order to kick us out earlier. Unpleasant experience. Food was overcooked, too dry and hard. Definitely not recommended.
