Removed: Koukouvaya - Chania

Used to go here every Friday in 2018/2019 to take me a vegan salad (yes, it was worth all the way to the mountain). Nevertheless, the intention is amazing and if for them the intention is still worth it and they have some cold drinks and soy milk to go with the coffee.

In general this restaurant has nothing vegan on the menu. the vegan salad after the previous photos of 2019 is no longer available, so only the Cretan salad without feta is much overpriced for what you get (baked with olive oil). the baklava was really nice and it says on the menu it is vegan, but it had honey in it.

Okay, there's only the vegan salad and the pita brot, but the salad is huge and delicious! so much change in it with salat, mais, tomatoes, kicherbsen, tofu and nuts/seeds. it is delicious and the intention is amazing! exactly what I felt after a day of travel!

A great spot to visit before you go for your flight, approximately 10-15min drive from the airport. I’ve stopped there with my parents before our flight. Beautiful view and delicious deserts!

We enjoyed our breakfast with a fantastic view over the old town of Chania. Service was great. What is also worth mentioning is that they have tasty salads and omelettes, not only sweet desserts. Portions are huge, we had to leave with three boxes to go: The only one thing which was slightly missing in our case diaper changing table for a baby in bathroom. But well..
