The new Independence location was disappointing. Some of the workers are very rude, there's no play place and several times our orders have been messed up or made extremely sloppy. I don't reccomend the new location. ???? I'll just stick with Dairy Queen down the street. View all feedback.

Always check your bags before leaving the Vinton location. You'll either be missing something or something will be made wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I got no straws my sandwich was a mess to eat at the window the girl didnt give me all my food and my sandwich had a hair in it...will not go there again
