Kfc - Charleston

Worst experience at a kfc ever! it was ignored forever at the theke while an older man was before me. Finally, a hired allegedly “Raymond” ignored all waiting and did it for antagonizing wise. Repeated to contradict and ignore that everyone refuses to even acknowledge them. not a single man who is found except the rude little idiot!

I used to DoorDash and this whole crew of workers are terrible. If it wasn’t for us working for DoorDash, many of these restaurants would be closed as of now. Also, the past 2 times I’ve been to place my own order they did not have chicken and were snobs about it .

I love the cole slaw here its a good thing because the chicken was awful it had a burnt taste but it wasnt burnt it was just dark you could tell the fryer grease had been burned and not changed

The wait time has gotten better here, but you need to check your bag before you drive off. I and seven other people that I know of, have gotten wrong or things left out of their orders. The management is good for fixing the order, but it's not a good feeling to spend 25 to thirty minutes on the road; trying to get what you paid for.

Was gunna doordash but decided to go through the drive thru instead tonight. So so glad I did. The girl taking orders and working the window was the sweetest human being ever!! Super kind and patient, didn't judge me for being fat and ordering a ton of food ? she even gave us free cookies just because! I wish I would have caught her name to give her proper credit. The food was delicious, everything hot and fresh. We had 2 chicken sandwich combos, and 2 mashed potatoes fill up bowls. It was all fantastic and hit the spot. Thank you!!!
