"The server really saved the day. Ron is the best! However, very disappointed with hostesses. We arrived on time for our reservations and were informed our table was still occupied and they had no eta for when it would be ready and asked us to sit at the bar where we had a bartender who was annoyed with a simple question of what do you think is better the bellini or sangria. In addition, after 30+ minutes of waiting the hostess came by and said “did you close out your tab because your table is ready” as if we were being an inconvenience. I’d recommend some additional training to make sure Customer Service starts at the front of the house."

"Wish I had snapped a shot of our entrees! Dylan was amazing as a server! Chicken and waffles is a definite must get! And the crème brûlée was toasted to perfection! Atmosphere was relaxing and the botany was refreshing. 100% would recommend. Thank you for a beautiful and delicious meal in Charleston"

"Sunday afternoon experience? just tried to order a large Mountain Dew and an order of fries. Had to go to the drive-through because inside was closed. The large drink was missing 2 inches of drink so I set it back on the drive-through counter said itwas not full. The young girl in the window started telling me I was rude because I set it in the window instead of handing it toher. I said back to this comment ?I set it in the window.? Her neck comment was again that was rude. I?m not a do. that wasenough for me I will take my business elsewhere from now on. This Bojangles has not been the same since Covid. Unfortunately, Icannot continue to give my business to a restaurant that is run like this. Only when this restaurant has new management is itgoing to get better. I?ve witnessed a couple of weird incidents in this place. This one was bad enough to leave a review foreveryone to read."

"Ate here because several natives said it was one of the best places to eat in charleston. space is quite small with inside and outside seat. we were at 1730 a.m. on Monday. at 6 a.m. it was full. we had a big group, but could sit together. family style is served. we ordered everyone to eat and eat. our favorites were the pork noodles (we have 3 of them), the okonomiyaki (a Japanese cauliflower) and the brussel sprouts. but everything was fantastic. there are very few parking spaces. it is mostly street parking. service was excellent."

"We wanted to try Virginia's on King for some time. Unfortunately, expectations were dashed. Our server was outstanding and the mixed drinks tasty. However, the tomato pie looked like a bowl of melted cheese with a couple sliced tomatoes on top. Hubby's burger and fries were not hot. Daughter's meatloaf looked like bread. It was decent, but lacked personality. The server started out well, but never returned with more water, though we requested more a couple of times. All in all for a mediocre dinner was the last straw."
