The ice was nice. Rich creamy and tasteful. Enjoy double unit, cake filling, ice cream and cookie. The shield inside said to be patient and wait until your ice sandwich warm up a bit, as sometimes I guess it can be stone cold. Not the case for my partner's sandwich, which was a bit too melty and the cookie was a bit too hard. It was still tasty, but became a huge mess in the few minutes as soon as we realized that it... What Ellen Morris doesn't like about Peace Pie Charleston:
I love dessert and I loved the friendly worker but the dessert itself was below average. The ice cream itself was ok and the shortbread cookies were average. The flavors they added to make each one resemble pies was alright but nothingextraordinary. I?d prioritize other dessert places if you can. View all feedback.
Such a wonderful dining experience! So glad to see Mocktails on the drink menu ! Our waiter Bobby was terrific!
By luck, my family had the privilege to grab a last minute table at FIG during our recent hurricane evacuation trip to Charleston. Our waiter, Ryan, was amazing with our two little ones who began the evening hangry. Patience and understanding is always very much appreciated when traveling with little ones and Ryan provided just that and then some. We began our dinner with a number of starters, the tomato tarte tatin, the ricotta gnocchi and the burnt eggplant as we could not decide on just one. Let me just say FIG is the hands down winner for the Best Starter in Charleston Award. The tomato tarte tatin and the ricotta gnocchi are must try’s if you are fortunate enough to have them on the menu during your visit. These two dishes will have my tastebud’s dreaming of our next visit to FIG. We enjoyed the flounder and triggerfish entrees and our boys loved the shrimp and potato mash created for them. We finished this world class dinner by sharing three desserts, the frozen Greek yogurt with watermelon, the blackberry tart and the chocolate pudding. Do yourself a favor and book yourself a reservation as soon as you begin planning your trip to Charleston as they book up 4 weeks in advance. FIG is definitely on our must return to list of Charleston restaurants.
What a great place! Food choices were good and the staff knew every detail about each item on the menu. Most helpful in making my decision. Excellent dining experience.
Very attentive staff, wonderful food, great atmosphere. Would go again the next time we are in Charleston.
The absolute best dining experience I’ve ever had! The food, drinks and hospitality were top notch.
