Really liked this boutique hotel. Nice setting that is centrally located. Nice pool on rooftop. Rooms in good condition with comfy beds. Guest areas are elegant and aesthetically pleasing, yet comfortable. Did have a room service charge on our bill that we didn’t incur. My husband and I were in Charleston for a few days getaway. This hotel is the definition of average. I expected a nicer, cleaner hotel from the photos and reviews I read before our stay. The hotel has clearly been remodeled but seems mostly cosmetic and not very well done. Our room had a weird odor, like mold/mildew.
