I've been eating Pig Eating Ribs since its humble start of just a single food truck. Yet they continue to improve and add more options to their already impressive menu. The wife and i were in this place June 6th. I don't know how long they have been in business but i don't think they will last long. First of all if rib's arn't SMOKED, they are not rib's but just some meat on a bone. The rib's should fall off the bone when done. These are NOT good rib's.
