"We were excited to finally dine at Goodyear. We had a reservation but still had to wait about 20min for our table. The bread was excellent. I’m not sure what was going on with our server, if they were just carrying a lot of tables or what but it took 45 minutes to finally be able to order our entrees. We ordered the bread and our drinks when we sat down and then didn’t see her for awhile. We didn’t have any plates or silverware to eat our appetizer on and when our entrees were brought out we were able to ask for some plates, napkins and utensils. The rice balls were great, the steak was cooked perfectly but the scallops were SO salty, cooked really well just incredibly salty sear. I’m glad I could check this off my restaurant list but I will say with so much hype around the restaurant the experience overall left me underwhelmed."

"Amazing, if I do say so MI self. Seriously, what good eats. Nestled in no mans land, this is a traveler's cheap eats oasis. The sandwich was great, (I got the chicken, and the bread wasn't like glass shards to the roof of your mouth! I'll be going back immediately to try their noodle bowls and other styles of Banh Mis. Went with one of their desserts afterwards, impressed!"

"Me and two of my friends decided to check out a new restaurant in Charlotte, NC. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted with a big smile and we loved the ambience of Community Matters Cafe. The menu was concise and simple with both Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch options.I ordered the hot Cinnamon Bun Mocha and it was delicious! The cream on top was so good and it felt like I was having a dessert beverage. For Lunch I ordered the New Orleans Fried Chicken Sandwich with cheddar grits. I loved the cheesy grits and it was yummy. The chicken sandwich wasn’t too spicy and it was straight fire!Overall, it was delicious and I totally recommend this restaurant if you are in the Uptown area of Charlotte, NC!"

"Was with a large group and they handled it fairly well. Had the fried chicken sandwich and mac and cheese, both were very good. Server was friendly and attentive. She did well with the large group but management should have given her some help. Otherwise a great meal and will definitely be returning."

"I wasn't here where I helped a dear friend... she had an unfortunate untimely female situation in which we unfortunately found ourselves. The staff we treated might not have been more understanding or compassion... how can be....and add injuries I asked for a free cup of ice water before I went to see what they would do? As expected... I was served my cup of water with a big smile... I have to say that I've been working in customer service for over 20 years, I haven't heard anything at all... although the staff is super young here day by day, how to expect it.... their workers are really top notch.... I'm from New York when I came here, but with these shops I've always been... I'll be regularly... I also REGULARLY BRAG on these employees.... I want to lick people not to judge a book through his cover....the kindness that a seemingly homeless stranger shows has a strange way to find u again.... I recommend not only this brand, but also this special business for many reasons."
