"Okay, I really do love this place, the food and the people are great.My issue was that I ordered 2 bowls that were identical, to pick up, thinking that would be quick. What happened instead was that probably because they are short staffed or just disorganized, the online orders were allowed to sit while the walk ins were taken care of. 30 minutes of waiting along with some other online orderers, that obviously would have made more sense for me to order at the counter. Otto has got to figure it out: either pause the online orders or fulfill them as if it was a customer standing there. Food is delicious, and I would not advise anyone to use online pick up ordering here."

"Counter service, somewhat rundown appearance. The guy who took my order didn't give me a cup for my drink, so I assumed it would come when i got food, but it didn't. The person giving out food couldn't reach over and give me a cup so I had to stand in line again to get my cup for a drink. Food is reasonable, good prices, nothing particularly notable. Lamb sausage and chicken kebabs were pretty dry. Good flavors, something different for a change."

"Got a standard cheese pizza. I was definitely expecting better from all the reviews I've read. When the price is taken into consideration with the flavor it's all in all not worth it in my opinion. Standard pizza with above standard prices. Again, this is only based on a cheese pizza, maybe they do other things better."

"Went here with my wife and parents last night. Not my first experience here, I've been several times before and have never been disappointed. The waiter, Scott I believe, was attentive and friendly and did everything to cater to my parents, who can definitely be picky and sometimes can have seemingly odd requests (as a former waiter myself I'd hate to have to wait on them). Both he and the owner, Derek, went above and beyond to make our experience great. While chain restaurants aren't generally my thing, I would never hesitate to recommend this locally owned franchise to anyone that wanted a nice leisurely multi-course meal with a date or with family."

"I had an excellent experience here today, stopped in after getting some blood work done at the UVA hospital. THE SMELL is what hits you first, my mouth was watering before I even read the menu. It's a fast casual order at the front and pick up your food from a window to take to a table (indoor and outdoor seating was available). We were just stopping in for a quick lunch so we each got the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and two sides (potato salad and mac and cheese for me). This is by far the BEST mac and cheese I've ever had from a BBQ place, baked but not too dry, still lots of cheese. And the pork was so fall apart tender, almost didn't need sauce with it, but the house made BBQ is a perfect sweet and spicy you'll want to drown it anyway. I was nervous when it first came out thag the portions wouldnt be filling enough, but i barely finoshed half my meal before I needed a box to take it home. We also ordered some corn bread just to sample a little more from their menu, and it's made with pieces of jalapeños inside. Delicious, but maybe not the jiffy your kids are used to so I'd cation parents on that. Regretted passing over the ribs after everything as they looked AMAZING. Overall my fiance and I had a wonderful experience. We'll definately be back the next time we find ourselves in Charlottesville."
