lunch break. very friendly rental and friendly customers. quiet, comfortable, doggie-friendly village pub with cozy small dining areas. typical pub food, recently introduced by new management, was freshly cooked, very inexpensive and beautifully presented. they have every intention to go now more often! "Worst takeaway ever. Will not be ordering again. Got a tasteless Chicken Tikka Vindaloo waterey 'soup ' Curry, (Chucked most of the chicken) mashed potato and chick pea side dish, rice and a rock hard tandoori Roti. £20?... Few mouthfulls and straight in the bin. AWFUL. Never again."
