"Historic restaurant since 1845, I always go here when I'm in Gstaad. Swiss chalet atmosphere, impeccable service. French, German or English spoken fluently by all waiters and waitresses. Wise prices but in line with Gstaad. Proper cuisine, it's not gastronomy. A la carte vegetarian dishes. I really like this place out of time."

"The people running the restaurant really care about what they're doing and it shows. The meat was really tender and the sides are great additions. The wine was a recommendation by the chef and a good deal price-wise. It fit well with the meat."

"The kitchen is excellent, the service is good, but then what inconstance in the menu. amusing mouth and the 2 entries followed almost in gust but more than 1 hour waiting for the main dish! What a shame. because the dishes are fine and the products are of quality. We recommend it anyway."
