"My husband and I checked this place out for the first time today. I got chicken and noodles, mac and cheese, and broccoli casserole.. my husband got fried chicken, mac, and mashed potatoes. We both got pie as well. Very impressed with the amount offood we got.. portions were HUGE. Everything we got was very good. All the staff were incredibly pleasant. Also very niceatmosphere.. large dining area but still felt cozy. We will return many times I?m sure.. what a great place. Oh! And prices weregreat for the amount of food we got and the quality! We would?ve spent the same at McDonald?s for sub par food."

"Food was pretty good and service was fantastic but it all got thrown out the window when you have to listen to the cook screaming at people the whole time you’re eating. Degrading the servers, being loud and obnoxious and making everyone in the dining room uncomfortable. Everyone was commenting on their way out so when I asked if the owner was OK with his behavior, the server said yes, she’s right there. Absolutely not OK to treat the servers like they’re trash. "I don't have pictures, but WOW! Saturday morning Mariah's catered a breakfast buffet for our annual Illinois Hereford Association meeting at the Illinois State Fairgrounds! Staff was very professional and we fed over 100 farmers, and farmers know breakfast! The number of compliments on the breakfast was amazing! And as always Sam stopped in to make sure everything was PERFECT! Don't forget Mariah's for events not only at their amazing restaurant, but also for outside events....the quality is beyond delicious! Thanks to Sam and his entire staff!!"
