"The tofu is crunchy on the outside and egg like texture on the inside. Delicious. They will substitute the tofu for any meat entree. The fried rice had a little egg. I should have asked. They may omit it. There is a steam rice option. The veggie steam rolls were delicious. The veggie entree with rice was good too. Back again 1/6/2021- no egg in the fried rice is no problem."

"Krystals has a bad rep but today i had a craving. I stopped in the drive thru and was greeted politely and asked to order when i was ready. I ordered the number 1 large with a coke. Once again i was greeted very politely while he took my card and handed my food. He told me he hoped I enjoyed my meal as i drove off. The food was very delicious, the fries were crispy and well seasoned and the krystals were toasty and flavorful. Thank you to the staff that work here on 4/9/2022 at around 2pm. I will be coming back thanks to them."

"I came in too place an order, despite the fact other people waiting for food, and large numbers of Krystal's being order, the 2 staff working was very prompt with taking my order and apologized several times for my wait and was zooming to get the orders and customers out in timely fashion.. hard working people it was big girl and colored feller"

"Arby's always keeps clean stores.....and the help yourself drinks work for me. The food is always constantly good. I would not go as far as to say they have the meats because other stores have as much or more."

"Today I was at the Dalton location and was trying to order my family a meal through the app. Well the app would not allow me to place my order so I walked inside to speak with someone and was met by an assistant manager named Eric. He was so kind to help and even tried calling tech support to solve the issue. To no resolve they couldn't help fix the issue so a call was placed to the general manager and they fixed my meal problem in store. I would like to thank Eric and Maddie for there diligence in getting the problem solved and even personally handling things. This was only my second time here and will definitely be returning in the future. Not only is the service excellent but the food is delicious. Thank you again for all the help."
