What TATraveller doesn't like about Benugo Cafe At John Lewis:
The coffee is great and the service is fairly fast, but the tables are never cleared promptly. The last time we were there, the customers were clearing them with a look of resignation on their faces. John Lewis really needs to address this issue. (And this is not the first time I have complained about it). View all feedback.
