great eating and a great place for a good meal we had recommended the seafood plate, a large mix of hot and cold high

great location great outsight eating amazing they feel special, but the services are something full.

Great place to eat and catch up with friens, the food is really good and the staff are attentive,connsidering its location, the prices are quite reasonable

Food was excellent but staff were too attentive!! They wanted to look busy and seemed to hover round out table continually joining in conversations and checking...

we went miles along the promenade on a hot sunny Sunday, but had discovered some possibilities for lunch. I would avoid everything in such an excellent position...

"Scopri we couldn't have been more impressed last night! Your food and service was next level however I must single out the risotto which is as good as any dish I've had in any restaurant anywhere... Risotto is an art form that requires so many quality factors in its creation and when its done right there are few things that compare. We feel lucky to have experienced it."

"What a lovely little restaurant. We love Japanese and this place is awesome. The service was great and service excellent. We didn't know what to order, so the arranged a banquet for 3 of us. This consisted of an assortment of Japanese specials, sushi, prawns, oysters. Fully licensed."

"I've been visiting The Diplomat for a while and can honestly say that it's my favourite venue for a coffee, a bite to eat and a place to meet friends and family! The coffee is outstanding and the venue has a great feel to it but it's the staff that make this place so special! The front of house staff are so friendly, down-to-earth and welcoming that it makes my week just to visit. Eban and the crew have really made something amazing! And the phenomenal work done by the Kitchen staff really comes through with their food. The menu is incredible and the specials are mind blowing each time they change. Alot of love and hard work has gone into each plate and it shows, amazing work!!"
