I organized a work function for a Christmas celebration together, the event planning was done back in september, which gave us a large amount on the 3 curs fixed menu that we had chosen. penny and the personal could not do enough to help me make this a successful event, the booking was easy, the transfer of details for meals went very smooth, they even changed a few of the dessert to be cheese and cookies as a choice... Sunday lunch was awful, undercooked green beans, carrots, cauliflower cheese. Turkey so tough I could've resoled my shoes with it. Everything arrived cold including the gravy. One waitress running round like a headless chicken. Expensive and inedible. Sad View all feedback.
I booked a room for a number of colleagues visiting Bicester and unfortunately, I really do wish I'd chosen somewhere else. I've dealt with 3 different members...
