my wife, I go all the time to the jolly boatman, then a beautiful walk with our hahnenhahn along the canal. good food at a good price. have some of the comments about dog poo must admit, I have never seen in the garden. I would say that this irresponsible owner is a problem everywhere. Great location, nice enough pub, though slightly careworn. Atmosphere is relaxed and staff are friendly and welcoming.
