"I called here for lunch with my mother. what a great place! decor is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the eating is absolutely delicious and very cheap. very good menu selection. only a thought- my mother (she is 92) would always go for suppe as a midday selection, so it would be nice to see on the menu. we will definitely come back!"

"I have been a frequent customer at the cafe with my family for many years, which is always lovely, but had no idea that they also did party food. We ordered several canapes and small bites, all of which were of a high quality, absolutely delicious and excellent value. Really recommend if you are having a party or even a small get together; whenever those are allowed again."

"Booked for afternoon tea for me and my mum. Absolutely lovely setting and welcoming atmosphere. The tea sets and crockery were so beautiful. The selection of teas were amazing and I love the fact they were loose leaf! The afternoon tea itself was delicious (especially...the sandwiches, oh and the cakes…and everything else). Congratulations to the ladies at this tearoom for making such an amazing environment. I’ll be back asap!"

"First time visiting this lovely small cafe in leek. Its clearly very popular with the people of leek because We arrived just as it opened and within 5 mins it was already getting full. Staff are super friendly. The latte coffee is really very good as is the hot chocolate. For a small family run cafe they do amazingly well to offer a very good number of items on their menu for breakfast and lunch. We had multi seed toast and a bacon sandwich on white sourdough. With the bread being from their own bakery next door it is of course beautifully fresh, good quality and full of flavour. The locally produced bacon was really good quality too. Hoping to be able to visit again very soon... although we get the feeling as its so popular we might struggle to ever get a table but at least they do offer a take away service too. So we hope to be able to try a couple of their lunch time sandwiches next time"
