Visited here for Sunday lunch, glad we booked as it was quite busy. Car park is a good size. Food was fantastic, well cooked, huge homemade yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese was included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back. read more.

Called in the Plough one weekday and was a bit disappointed. There were a few people in but there was no atmosphere and we didn't really receive a friendly welcome. 2 beers to chose from, Tetley and a golden ale, the other pump was off. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the food. I guess the positive reviews on TA must be based on dining. I'm afraid I won't be returning, it's just a pub I've never got on with. read more.
