A fine 17th century former coaching inn on the main high street of Prestbury village. Tastefully decorated to retain its historical charm. Comfortable and with a pleasant beer garden. Good range of gins and Robbies ales. Didn't eat but having looked at the menu I'm sure we will do so soon. View all feedback.
What Gaynor L doesn't like about Ye Olde Admiral Rodney:
The prices are ridiculous, we drink in some of the most expensive places in London and have never been charged £24 for 2 gin and soda waters (not tonic), absolute rip off! They don’t put their drinks prices on their website unlike other Robinsons pubs. Definitely won’t be going back. View all feedback.
It 's been 34 years since we 've been in here, 'our first date '. The place has never changed.... brilliant
Nice pub, only had drinks but really enjoyed my visit. Will be back
Had lunch here on Father’s Day, the home made pie was delicious and everything was well cooked. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I recommend this pub for traditional pub grub. Brilliant!
Fabulous local pub with great ale wine selection. Obviously a well respected 'local ' with friendly regulars!
I have felt welcomed at this restaurant since I was in sixth form 50 years ago. Despite being in one of the most expensive villages in the country, the food and drinks are reasonably priced, typical for Robinson's in the Northwest.
