Went with family to enjoy some of the Christmas decorations and grabbed some lunch in the cafe, the experience was more than poor, overpriced rubbish, they seem to think they’re an upmarket restaurant or something, absolute crap! The staff are rude and unapproachable, we were too scared to even ask the simplest of questions incase we got our heads bitten off! Other staff members literally walked away and disappeared...
