This franchise has gone downhill the last year or two. Delivery times are a minimum of an hour and more times than not, my order is completely wrong. I order JJ out of convenience, but end up spending more time and frustration to correct the order. It then takes an additional hour OR MORE for my corrected order to be delivered. Helpful friendly staff. Sandwich was well-prepared. Unfortunately, the restaurant was filthy. Not a single clean table or seat.

Food above all. Best place to get a cold sandwich if you're not feeling like making one yourself.
Typical JJ stoped here for a quick bite on our way to Michigan. My kids love JJ.
Great sandwiches, but like everywhere else the price is too high to justify going more than once every other month.
