What User doesn't like about Evans St. Liquors:
Beware of this place. They will try and take advantage of you . Manny and Juan suggested a champagne which was really wine to my girlfriend . At which time refused to refund the wine because they don't do refunds or exchanges even though they suggested a wine and sold it to her with the impression it would be a champagne . Shop at your own risk! Extremely overpriced as well! View all feedback.
