Pat's lives up to the hype. The crust is unreal. So light and crispy but it holds all the cheese toppings well. Amazing sausage. Most of all, their customer service is exceptional. Genuinely nice people. View all feedback.

The problem with making the crust super thin is that it browns/blacks easier in the oven, is dry, and becomes more crumbly than crunchy. Pat’s does a decent job at their thin crust but still encounters the blackening (i.e. burnt pizza bottom) problem.
