We had a great time on the River Crab on July 4th. The weather was spectacular and we decided to sit outside. It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue sky and water made a calm environment. Food somewhat above average. We went for dinner and I was expecting a more exciting menu. My husband ordered the salmon on a cauliflower and quinoa bed. He said the fish was wonderfully tasty and well cooked. My son snd I ordered burgers medium. They came out rare. Soggy fries. The lettuce in my side salad was warm and wilted.
