Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with our visit to the Sky lounge. It was both of our first times to visit and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. My only complaint is, when I called and asked to up my reservation from 2 to 3 people, we were told they were to busy to accommodate that change. we have only shown ourselves after the journey from michigan for our dach reservation that this was closed for the season. Really? also after sending a confirmation email. why? I understand that it has become cold, but why would they accept retention. so unprofessional! View all feedback.
