I have no issue with the courtesy aspect but they usually forget quite a few items in our order pretty often. The tables were not cleaned off. My husband asked for a rag to clean up the table so they gave him one with a huff. It was not busy in the lobby at all and there were quite a bit of workers behind the counter.
