Automata was great! For the price, I would say that it is one of the best degustation experiences in Sydney. All the dishes were packed full of flavour and very well balanced. Highlight for me would be the sugarloaf cabbage with the mushroom sauce - who knew the humble cabbage could taste so delicious?!
