Todd came to my home and roasted two pigs for me. He was really great to work with. He checked in as the event approached to make sure everything was prepared properly. He came the night before to get his very impressive Roasting Trailer in place, he also brought 20 bags of ice and two large coolers incase we didn't have another way to cool the pigs down over night.
