"Wenn ein (bekannter) Koch aus Detmold (Matthias Althof) sich nach Valendas verirrt, wird das einen Grund haben... Erstklassige Küche, die sich nirgendwo verstecken muss, mit lokalen Einflüssen kombiniert. Ein Traum für uns... und für alle einen Versuch wert. Ach ja, die liebe Elvira war natürlich auch ein wichtiger Grund. Man könnte sich im schönen Italien oder in London oder NY befinden... zum Glück sind wir in Graubünden (Schweiz) und erfreuen uns am lokalen Couleur! Immer wieder!
