"We stopped in Church Stretton for lunch on our journey south, and chose to visit Jemimas based on reviews. Not wanting a huge meal we both chose the granary baguette. It was a huge portion, with a nice salad and fruit chutney. It took a...little longer to arrive than we expected our hot drinks were already cold by this time, but otherwise a very enjoyable lunch in a clean and sanitised environment."

"Wow, we came here again after three years and nothing has changed. The food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is lovely. Dishes make you question your senses and think about what you taste. Highly recommend also as an experience. The service is very knowledgeable and very attentive."

"A lovely traditional pub with a seperate vegan menu. Several options for main dishes, lots of side options and a vegan desert option. Good quality, tasty food and clear knowledge of vegan diet- even our chips were cooked seperately."

"Pretty disappointed with this place. We are staying at the resort attached. My wife was very keen to go after finding out that the restaurant is run by masterchef winner James Nathan, however she is now questioning the credibility of masterchef! Starters were very simple, small and overpriced a goats cheese dish which looked like the leftover crumbs from another goats cheese dish, followed immediately by an over sweet, syrupy lemongrass and ginger sorbet intended as a palette cleanser but left me with a sugary taste in my mouth until the main eventually arrived. Overcooked rump steak and some bland dry ox cheek. My wife had the chicken dish that James made in the masterchef semi final which is basically a collection of showy off bits of chicken and mushroom none of which were particularly nice or well executed. Good staff and service. Food really not worth the price tag at all. Would go for fish and chips instead. Or possibly just not eat."
