The food wasn’t great we had afternoon tea, the bread was a bit stale and the cakes were soft. Service was ok but quite slow.

I have stayed here a few times over the years and the standard of the food has gone down hill a lot. The price for all starters was very very expensive

Service was excellent from start to end and the tea was lovely. Setting and teaware used was lovely. And the grounds of the restaurant and hotel are lovely too.
