we went in front of this place by chance and it was a wonderful discovery! the best place I've ever had all week in Umbria! meat that has dissolved in the mouth! the meat here is faggy, not as you go anywhere that as soon as the cook releases all the water and shrinks! congratulations .. modest local, but friendly staff and super friendly!
