We recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Hollow. We did a buffet style dinner and the food was excellent, we received lots of compliments from our guests afterwards. What Robert Kiricsi doesn't like about The Hollow Kitchen:
Hostess was very nice and had our table ready quickly as we arrived early for our reservation. Waitress was barely around and not aware of that we wanted to order more drinks or anything. Salmon and risotto were too charred (salmon) and risotto has FAR too much lemon. Paella, bbq pork burger and Reuben were good. Had our waitress been around and checking in, rating would have been higher than 3 stars. View all feedback.

Great local pub vibe. Friendly, comfortable, excellent beverage selection. Artful spin on basic pub fare elevates it to exceptional.
