What User doesn't like about Wellington's:
When a chef has to use excessive amounts of salt for flavor thats not good. The salmon was overcooked, the truffle mashed potatoes were too salty. However, the lamb ragu, brussel sprout appetizer and spinach beet and berry salad were delicious! The waitress was amazing considering she was the only one waiting on all the tables. Recently had pre-show dinner at Wellington's and staff was very helpful to get us out in what was only an hour and 15 minute dining window. Food and drinks both good but had the roast chicken for first time and thought it was perfect simple Sunday type dinner and well spiced (chicken can be plain in many dishes) View all feedback.
