Temperature was cool, windows opened and we parked in the shade through kitchen door Told Waitress over dogs, she had kitchen staff holding an eye on them, then rushed out order up, served quickly so that we back on the street. "This evening through the passage. when we ordered chicken fingers, we asked for ketchup and buffalo sauce. when we got into the window, we paid and we are asked to move forward. When our food came out, I noticed that there was no ketchup, so I asked the person who delivered it for some. he said they asked this on the screen of the f...ing order and stormed inside. a few minutes later someone else came with a small bag full of ketchup packages very condesctive. I wanted to explain to her that we asked for the ketchup on the order screen and that was very unprofessional how he reacted. instead of apologising, she was also very rude. terrible customer service."

"First dunkin donuts I've been to, that had next to no donuts at 11am. I was told they stop making donuts at 8am and they usually sell out before noon. They are open until 8pm. It took 5 minutes to get 2 bacon egg wraps. There was no one else there at the time. I've go to dunkin donuts in Lansing in the evenings and they alway have donuts."

"Hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Before we walked into the restaurant it was already unpleasant. The hostas was outside the front door smoking a cigarette and continuously coughing with out covering her mouth. She seemed annoyed we were there and that she had to take us in to be seated. After 20 minutes without any waitress the hostas finally noticed and went to get a waitress. She had a poor attitude and it took her another 15 mins to come back from placing our order to tell me what I wanted was unavailable. Another half hour went by before we were given our food and it was awful. My eggs were undercooked the bacon was thin and tasteless, my toast tasted like oil in a pan and my pancakes came out okay at best. My daughter took one bite of her sausage and spit it out. My husbands hash browns were soggy. No one asked how the meal was, or if we needed a refill. No one apologized about the troubles. Then to top the experience off I went to pay and was charged 60 bucks for 2 adults n a toddler to get the worst breakfast of all time. There was a discrepancy in the pricing because they charged me for the original item I ordered that they didn't have , not what I ended up with...so we brought that to their attention and it was nothing but a hassle to get it straightened around. After agreeing to refund us one of the meals, my husband asked for a final copy of the receipt and the manager was extremely rude stating that she already refunded us for the meal... Obviously we were aware of that since she handed me the cash only a few seconds prior... After having to explain ourselves n jump through more hoops she finally gave us the receipt. In addition to allll of that I went to use the ladies room and it was absolutely foul. I will never come back here and I highly recommend that you save your time and money and do the same."
