The staff were excellent and made us very welcome. We each had a 3 year-old with us and the staff were all so kind and understanding. We were not made to feel rushed and the boys enjoyed the colouring etc provided. Really nice food and we all ate well. My advice to anyone visiting the Museum of London is to eat at London Wall to make the whole trip more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again. View all feedback.

extremely slow service. we waited for our starter. for the main, 3 of us 4 were served first, the 4th person had to wait 10 minutes for his main. my head was also not hot, lukewarm warm. tipp was also built in the bill! really bad effort around, can not recommend. View all feedback.

Extremely slow service. We waited ages for our starter. The for the mains, 3 of the 4 of us were served first, the 4th person had to wait 10 mins for his main. My main was not hot either, luke warm at best. Tip was built into the bill too! Really poor effort all round, cannot recommend.
Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. Bit of a mixed experience. Waiting staff very friendly and obviously trying hard. Food not great, including a panacotta that was advertised as coming with a fruit sauce that turned out to be a spoonful of strawberry jam! It was taken off the bill when we complained but shouldn't have been served in the first place. Feels like an unloved outpost of the Benugo empire.
We had a very early lunch so the restaurant was quiet at first. But the food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. Great when visiting the Museum of London with children or the Barbican Centre and Theatre. Most enjoyable, will go again when visiting these other venues.
The food was adequate though it was not very hot The service was terribly slow and they wanted to add a service charge what for
