Waited 15 minutes beyond the booked collection time just to pick up a takeaway. The staff are doing their best under pressure, but clearly the restaurant is understaffed. which is leading to pressured staff being rude to customers. The queue was about 7 people long the whole time I was waiting, causing chaos with food getting to tables. The takeaway when I did (finally) get served was stone cold and needed to be rema...
