A lovely hotel perfectly located for getting into the city fast. The renovation work downstairs was disappointing to discover, as this wasn't mentioned when we had made our bookings. I was in here twice during our recent stay at the Hilton and neither would i report as positive. On arrival to the hotel we visited here for a quick drink and nibble, the serving staff were really very poor in both their knowledge of drinks and their communication skills.
