An elaborate, detailed and idiosyncratic Gothic fantasy that also incorporates some Art Nouveau flourishes and a prominent statue of Queen Mary to whom the building is dedicated. Went to get a coffee at 3.15pm doors closed already. Staff showed 3fingers to tell me they close at 3pm. In the window it says 3.30pm! Unacceptable! Should cancel my subscription really as you can't provide the service! View all feedback.
