delicious salads. they get to choose their own basic (I always go for quinoa, so there is hardly a veg actually in it) and make what they want as an salate. in general the employees are cheerful and the portions are generous. nothing really in the way of the ambient, but a good place to take lunch to take away. below is that it can be quite expensive to lunch, but at least it is very filling. Thought we 'd go low carb in a toss up between Paul and Vital right next to each other. Wow, the amount of sugar in the Italian salad and the Bang Bang Chicken (although slightly less in the latter), we 'll probably need to work out three times as much at the gym as if we 'd had a baguette.
