I discovered this cafe as it's housed on the second floor of the Blarney Woolen Mills in Bunratty as I wandered around. They offer light fare and good soups. I enjoyed sitting on the outdoor open air terrace with views of the Bunratty Castle. It was worth finding and not expensive--cafeteria style. read more.

In beautiful weather you can even have something in the outdoor area.

Stopped in for lunch after morning at the castle. No clear menu or prices displayed. Breakfast menu just stuck up with tape. €7.50 for a croquet monsieur is very steep. Clean and well laid out but just not very good value for money. read more.

Went in for lunch today. Vastly overpriced for below average food. The scenic location does not justify the lack of imagination or inflated pricing.

"My third visit breakfast is huge not tiny portions hot, fresh and tasty toast and tea with the glass of cola arrived at the table promptly followed by the huge breakfast this coffee house seems to be the go to despite a diner being right next door when i walked in the place was packed closure of aghna's may have had a little bearing on this place being so popular but not stating this as fact. the food is fresh,, cooked to order, staff are very efficient and the place is spotless. well worth your time to stop off and eat here you won't regret it."
