that's almost as bad as subway. the personal was great. but firehouse has bad quality meat, overcooked primerib and roast beef; should be red and rare. bad quality brote, no choice of something, their banan peppers have no flavor or taste. they add all these sauces like garlic mayo and so something because everything is so bad quality that they need to mask it.
